Our purebred Scottish Highland Cows are not only gorgeous, but very tasty!

Highlanders are very well suited to our climate, with their double hairy layer giving them extra protection against the elements. They also graze a wide variety of pasture and shrubbery, making them hardier during periods of drought.

Their beef is beautifully marbled. Scottish Highland cows are a magnificent regal breed with a beautiful calm demeanor!
